Return/Exchange Policy

How long do I have to return an item?

We accept returns within a period of 60 days from the day you place your order. The return period ends on the 60th day after your order date, when you must send your return to our facility.

What are the return options?

Items are returnable without any restocking fees, you may choose between:

  • Store Credit

  • Refund to Original Payment Method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I exchange my item?

Absolutely! Exchanges are:

  • Eligible for a different size, color, or style

Before ending your exchange process, verify your preferences twice.

Good Faith Return Policy

Our generous return policy is designed for good faith purchases—when a customer places an order with the sincere intention of keeping the item. We understand that sometimes a style may not work for you or a size might not fit as expected. That’s why we’re happy to offer a very flexible return and exchange process.

However, in cases where an order appears to be placed without the intent to keep the item, we reserve the right to classify it as a bad faith order. In these situations, we may issue store credit or an exchange, or charge a 20% restocking fee.

Examples of bad faith orders include:

  • Ordering the same item in multiple consecutive sizes (e.g., size 8, 10, and 12) to try them on and decide later.
  • Ordering several similar items in the same or comparable styles/colors/sizes (e.g., four green dresses in the same size to choose which one you like best).
  • Placing multiple separate orders within a short time period to bypass return limits or fees.

If you’re unsure of your size or need help selecting the right style, please contact us with your measurements—our team is happy to guide you before you place your order.

What condition must items be in?

All returned items must be:

  • In new, unworn condition

  • With original tags attached and in original packaging

  • Free from any damage, stains, odors, or alterations

The returned items that do not meet these requirements will be returned at your expense.

Will I pay sales tax?

  • No sales tax for orders shipped outside California

  • For California addresses, local sales tax applies
