We want to make sure your online dress shopping experience is easy & hassle free. That’s why we've adopted one of the best return & exchange policies within the dress industry.

We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day the item was received. This is a strict policy, any return or exchange after 30 days will be refused.

In case of a return, we will issue you store credit for the full item amount paid. Your store credit is good for up to 1 year. If you instead want a refund, we will refund you the item amount, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please keep in mind, we do not profit off of the restocking fee (it covers a portion of credit card fees, shipping & handling, etc).

Please note any shipping paid goes to the courier, not us and thus is non-refundable. We do provide a free return label for continental U.S. residents (48 states).

We can also exchange your item for a different size/color or a different style (up to 1 time at no additional charge). Please make sure your order the right size, color, etc. before paying.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges without a RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Please email us at (as we need to write you specific info/instructions) prior to shipping your item back. Any package without a RMA # will be refused.

We only accept items in its original condition (new with tags in original packaging), any item that has been worn, torn, damaged, missing pieces, or smells like cigarettes, perfume, body odors, etc. will be returned back & the client pays for the shipping.

Price Matching:

If you find a lower price for any non-sale dress that we carry online prior to placing an order, we will match that price on your order. Call us before placing an order to tell us where we can find the current dress at a lower price on another site. Any Price Match sold will follow our sales policy. The price match must be an online advertised price, it can not be pricing from a brick-and-mortar store.

Exceptions: Dress must be shown on a website that is a US based authorized retailer of the dress. Offer is not valid if the dress is shown as “sale”, “clearance”, “special”, or an auction site. Shipping charges will be considered when looking at a lower price. This offer cannot be used with any other discount, coupon, or special offer. The site must have the item in stock in the size and color which you are ordering and available for immediate shipping. Special Order Items do not apply.

No Sales Tax for Shoppers Outside of CA:

Sales tax is only collected for shoppers who live and/or sending packages to a shipping address in California. All other states are currently exempt from paying sales tax on a purchase from What this means is that if you live in any other state in the US besides California, upon checkout you will not pay sales tax as you would in your state of origin. This saving is significant and something we encourage shoppers to consider when purchasing. In many cases, this is savings of up to 10% depending upon which city and state you reside.

All our dresses/items are in stock, unless otherwise noted on the product page. We ship (mostly from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse or sometimes from the East Coast) within 1-2 business days. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, as those are the days our carriers are operating.

How long does it take to receive an item? It is based on your location & the shipping method you choose. We mostly ship via Federal Express (FedEx®) and in rare cases via United States Postal Service (USPS®) or United Parcel Service (UPS®). Delivery time for our Free Shipping is between 2-8 business days - based on your location.

In addition we also offer our continental U.S. residents FedEx ground shipping (Home Delivery option - 1-5 business days) & FedEx expedited services - Standard overnight (1 business day by 8 PM), Priority overnight (1 business day by 1 pm), 2nd day (2 business days), & 3 day shipping (Express Saver option - 3 business days). Please click on this link for FedEx Ground Map & delivery times (Put in zip code 90015). Please note Due to Covid-19, couriers have advised us that they can not guarantee their services & might deliver 1-2 days after expected delivery date.

Furthermore, we ship internationally worldwide, via FedEx. Upon checkout you will see the different shipping times and options. It can take between 3-10 business days to get to your country and then however long it takes for customs to clear the item. In some cases customs may charge you taxes / duty fees. It is based on your country's import laws & we have no control over it.

If you are located in the Los Angeles area, we do offer free curbside pick up (Monday thru Friday) on all orders. Please contact us with the item you desire and we'll let you know when it can be ready.
